Planet Ripken is a baseball-themed planet in the TiViTz universe, named after the legendary baseball Hall of Fame third baseman and shortstop, Cal Ripken, Jr. Through Planet Ripken, players can access online Ripken Baseball TiViTz in 2D Free Play and 3D Premium Play versions, and will soon have access to other online baseball-themed games involving math, science and baseball trivia.

When you play 3D Premium Play games on Planet Ripken, you’ll have the chance to earn bragging rights for top rankings in four Leader Board categories: Most Games Played, Best Win/Loss Record, Most Perfect Scores, and the hardest honor to earn: Best Player!

Coming in 2011…

Soon you’ll be able to earn cool baseball-themed prizes by participating in weekly and monthly challenges, and qualify online for live-action board game tournaments! Tournament winners progress from regionals to districts and then on to the TiViTz National Championships, where players can earn scholarships, attendance to Ripken Baseball camps and tickets to Major League Baseball games and events!

Also coming in 2011, the Planet Ripken Baseball Game-a-Thon Fundrai$er, in which clubs, teams and school groups can raise money for their organizations just by playing Ripken Baseball TiViTz games! While they’re busy earning money for their cause, players can also win earn cool baseball-themed prizes such as tickets to ball games!
